14-day free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You will only be charged after the trial ends and you choose to continue.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Sendlyio, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge. To request a refund, email support@sendlyio.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
After the 7-day window
After 7 days from the first charge, all sales are final. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions. You can cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your Billing page in one click, or through the customer portal link in your billing emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again.
Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 7-day money-back window from the date of charge. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of the prepaid year.
Abuse and policy violations
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Anti-Spam Policy, including sending spam, scraping, or other prohibited use.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve almost every issue within 48 hours. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account termination.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., who acts as the merchant of record. "Paddle" will appear on your bank or card statement next to the Sendlyio charge. For billing inquiries you can also contact Paddle support directly.
