Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sendlyio ("Sendlyio", "we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Sendlyio is operated from Suite 201, Al Madni Tower, PECHS Block 6, Karachi, Pakistan.

The service

Sendlyio is a cold email outreach platform. You connect your own mail inboxes; Sendlyio sends, tracks, and analyzes campaigns on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Sendlyio. By using the service you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Free trial

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the trial you may choose a paid plan to continue using paid features.

Acceptable use

• You must have a legitimate basis to email each recipient (existing relationship, opt-in, or legitimate B2B interest where allowed).
• No spam, scams, illegal content, harassment, malware, or phishing.
• No purchased lead lists you cannot legally email.
• Every campaign must include a working unsubscribe mechanism — we add one automatically.
• You comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and all applicable laws.

Account & security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials safe. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Billing & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund that charge in full. After the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next billing cycle.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, generate excessive bounces or spam complaints, or harm other users or the service.

Disclaimers

Sendlyio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific delivery, reply, or meeting outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
